Central Florida winters are made for outdoor ceremonies — the rainy season is behind us, the sweltering 90s fade into comfortable 70s (and even the low 80s at times), and the beach crowds have drifted away.

Just an hour to 90 minutes from most Orlando hotels, Cocoa Beach is the closest coastline escape — and our favorite spot to exchange vows with your toes in the sand and the ocean as your backdrop. It’s where Mya + Hector, owners of Elope to Orlando (and your ceremony team), eloped themselves more than 20 years ago!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Ceremony Officiant
- The ceremony will be performed by Mya herself, who is a Florida Notary.
- The couple is responsible for obtaining a valid Florida marriage license ahead of time. It's a simple process and all you need is a valid ID - NO paperwork needed! We'll tell you where to go.
Professional photography by Hector and Mya, owners of Elope to Orlando and Negroni Studio, and all the high resolution digital photos with print permission.
Special Bonus: A small nosegay bouquet with florist choice of available flowers in your choice of colors (subject to availability).

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

This package is for couples eloping without guests and couples with their children. Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.
Ceremonies are held weekday near sunset. NO weekends. The exact time will be provided when you book your day.
Our beach ceremonies are held on Cocoa Beach, which is Orlando's closet beach and there is NO permit fee. Depending on where in Orlando you are staying, it could take you between one hour to 90 minutes to get to the beach.
There is NO rain backup on the beach. Usually rains moves away quickly and we can wait it out. If the ceremony cannot be held on the beach due to rain, our team can go to your nearby location (hotel, home, etc.) and perform our services there.

FULL payment is required to book this package. Money is NOT refundable. If you cancel after you've book and paid for this package, you will NOT receive a refund.
This discounted package is available for couples getting married selected dates during the months of November - February. Contact us with your date to find out if is available.

WHERE ON THE BEACH EXACTLY IS THE CEREMONY HELD?

You will receive exact location as soon as you secure your package.

WHICH BEACH IS THE CLOSEST ONE TO ORLANDO?

Cocoa Beach is the closest one to Orlando about 45 minutes to an hour away. If you are staying in the Disney area including Kissimmee, Davenport, or Clermont, it will take you about 1.5 hours or a little longer depending on where you are staying.

DO YOU SERVICE OTHER BEACH LOCATIONS?

This package is ONLY available at Cocoa Beach. For other nearby location, please refer to our regular priced package instead.

ARE THESE PRIVATE BEACHES OR VENUES?

No. Our beach ceremonies are held at various City and County managed beach locations. With the exception of a few Luxury Resorts, there are no private beaches in Florida.

DO WE NEED A PERMIT TO GET MARRIED ON THE BEACH?

Cocoa Beach doesn't require a permit for elopements.

IS THERE A PLACE TO CHANGE INTO OUR WARDROBE?

No. You need to arrive dressed and ready to start.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I HAVE?

Beach elopements are for couples without guests and couples with their children. We do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before you book to inquire.

DO YOU MARRY SAME-SEX COUPLES?

Yes, we do.

DO WE MEET UP IN PERSON TO DISCUSS OUR CEREMONY?

You will not meet your team until a few minutes prior the ceremony at the beach. The coordination included with our ceremony packages is all done via email, text, and phone. You’ll receive details, step-by-step, so that everything is taken care of before your ceremony.

WHERE DO I GET A FLORIDA MARRIAGE LICENSE IN PERSON?

You can get a Florida marriage license at any Florida Clerk of the Courts office. It's a simple and quick process and all you need is a valid ID. I LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE/COUNTRY. DO I NEED A MARRIAGE LICENSE FROM FLORIDA?

Yes, you do. To get married in Florida, you need a Florida marriage license regardless of where you live. Your marriage is valid anywhere in the United States and most countries, included the UK. You don't have to do anything else. After the wedding, you will receive a Certified Copy, which is your marriage certificate.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHY?

The photographer starts taking photos when the ceremony starts and during the ceremony. After the ceremony, he/she will take you around the beach taking photos until his/her time is up. On average you can expect between 50-75 high resolution photos from your elopement experience.

WHO WILL GET ME MARRIED?

Either Mya or Hector, owners of Elope to Orlando, will be your Officiant. Both are Florida Notaries with years of experience and have performed countless ceremonies across the state.

CAN I WRITE AND READ MY OWN VOWS?

Absolutely! Just make sure you include this information on your final questionnaire. ;-)

CAN I GIVE YOU A CEREMONY TO USE?

The ceremony itself cannot be fully changed. Experienced Officiants perform a ceremony they’ve carefully developed and practiced, which reflects their personal style and includes all legally required components. However, you’re welcome to personalize your experience by writing and reading your own vows.

DO YOU ARRANGE VOWS RENEWALS?

Yes, we do! All of our packages are suitable for vows renewal. They only difference is that you don't need a marriage license because you are already married.

CAN WE HAVE/BRING CAKE AND/OR CHAMPAGNE?

No. Your best option to make those arrangements with the restaurant you are having your after-ceremony celebration at.

CAN YOU ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO THE BEACH?

We don't arrange transportation.

CAN YOU RECOMMEND A STYLIST FOR HAIR AND MAKEUP?

Yes, we can. You will receive our preferred list after you book our services.

CAN I HIRE OTHER CEREMONY VENDORS ON MY OWN?

No. This discounted package is meant to be short and simple. No formalities or anything resembling a traditional wedding.

WHAT ABOUT MUSIC?

You'll have only beautiful ocean wave sounds from the beach. ;-)

WHAT ABOUT DECORATIONS?

From our experience, beach decorations tend to attract a lot of attention from other beachgoers, which can make it harder to find a peaceful, private spot for your ceremony. Since the ceremony itself lasts only about 10 minutes, we’ve found that the natural beauty of the beach is often more than enough — and adding decorations can feel like more hassle than it’s worth. After the ceremony, we move to different areas of the beach for all the photos, making the most of the scenery and variety of backdrops the location offers. That said, if you’d love to include some decor, we can provide a round infinity arch setup for an additional $200 fee.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

Our package is already discounted for elopements. Additional discounts are not possible.
