WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR

Allow our team to take away the stress from you, your bridal party, and your family, by managing all the details of your day including ceremony and reception! Our full day wedding management service includes:

• Professional coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours from start to finish

• Up to three in person or video meetings to go over your plans

• Venue walk-through or rehearsal to go over the details and logistics of the wedding day

• Full wedding day management and day-of execution

• Vendor recommendations when needed

• Point of contact for your vendors in case they have any questions about your day

• Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract

• Monthly email check-ins to go over anything pending or change of plans

• Timeline creation distributed to all vendors

• Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed and confirm their arrival times, services booked, and any other important details needed.

• Assist your wedding vendors as needed to ensure everything flows as planned

• Distribute bouquets and pin corsages to the bridal party and family members.

• Setup and arrange of all wedding elements and little details (seating cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, DIY elements, etc.)

• Direct ushers with seating and queue processional with your party, musician, or DJ.

• Direct family members with any special duties (speeches, etc.)

• Distribute pending payments and gratuities as needed to vendors

• Retrieve wedding gifts and cards and making sure they are taken care of by the couple or responsible party at the end of the day.

• Arrange for your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated person

• Postponement or cancellation assistance – In case of an emergency that prevents the event from moving forward, we'll help you by contacting your vendors and letting them know about your situation.
